Who we are
DueWell is developed and published by Level Studio Apps. This policy explains how information is handled when you use DueWell on Android.
Financial information stored on your device
DueWell stores the information you enter locally in the app on your device. This can include bills, expenses, income, amounts, dates, categories, budgets, paid status, goals, milestones and app preferences.
DueWell does not automatically upload or synchronise this financial information to Level Studio Apps or to a server operated by us. We cannot view your financial entries.
Optional local reminders
If you enable bill reminders and grant notification permission, DueWell schedules those reminders on your device. No remote notification server is used. A reminder can display a bill name and amount in a device notification, depending on your notification and lock-screen settings. You can disable reminders in DueWell or change notification access in your device settings.
Exports, backups and imports
When you deliberately use Backup or CSV Export, DueWell creates a copy of the selected information and opens your device's share sheet. The information goes only to the application or recipient you choose, such as your notes app, cloud drive or email provider. Level Studio Apps does not receive a copy.
Information you share is then handled under the privacy and security practices of the chosen recipient or service. Import reads only the backup text that you choose to paste into DueWell.
Premium purchase and purchase verification
DueWell offers Premium as an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. The payment is processed by Google Play. Level Studio Apps does not receive or store your card number, bank details or Google account password.
DueWell uses RevenueCat to offer, verify and restore Premium. When the app configures this service, RevenueCat generates a random anonymous app user identifier. RevenueCat and Google Play may process purchase history, entitlement status, a Google purchase token, IP-derived general location, and technical or device information needed to operate and protect the purchase service. Your DueWell financial entries are not sent to RevenueCat or Google Play by the app.

No account, advertisements or analytics
DueWell does not require a Level Studio Apps account. The app contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. Level Studio Apps does not sell your information. RevenueCat is used only for Premium purchase management and is not used by DueWell for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your locally stored financial information remains on your device until you remove it. The Erase option removes bills, spending records, budgets and other user-entered financial information while keeping your app preferences and Premium unlock status. Uninstalling DueWell removes its locally stored app data from the device.
Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase and entitlement records according to their own policies and legal obligations. Those records may be needed to verify or restore a purchase after reinstalling the app.
Security
DueWell reduces privacy risk by keeping your financial entries in the app's local device storage and not operating an account or financial-data server. Access to the device, exported files and notification previews is controlled by you and your device settings. Purchase verification uses the platform and RevenueCat services described above.
Children's privacy
DueWell is not directed to children under 13. Level Studio Apps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through DueWell.
International processing
Google and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies explain their data practices and safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when DueWell, its purchase services or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
